Aisot Technologies welcomes Natalia Mitrofanova & Debora Berger to key leadership roles

We are excited to announce two strategic additions to our team at Aisot Technologies: Natalia Mitrofanova joins us as Business Development & Partnership Manager, while Debora Berger takes on the role of Head of Marketing. Both bring a wealth of experience and expertise that will be instrumental in driving aisot’s growth and innovation.

Natalia Mitrofanova – Business Development & Account Manager

Natalia joins aisot with over a decade of international experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and financial services. She has most recently held key leadership roles at ScaleCompliance, MPS Development, and Wirex, successfully expanding market reach, forging strategic alliances, and enhancing client engagement. Her expertise spans business development, account management, strategic negotiations, and relationship management, making her a valuable asset to our growing team.

Natalia will play a crucial role in strengthening aisot’s market presence and delivering value to our clients. We look forward to her contributions in accelerating our expansion.

Debora Berger – Head of Marketing

Debora brings over a decade of experience in marketing and strategic communications. She spent the last seven years in New York City leading U.S. marketing efforts for the Greater Zurich Area leveraging her expertise in international business and strategic marketing.

Her career includes key positions in investment marketing and communications, including roles at GAM Investment Management, Vontobel, and Sparkasse Schwyz AG. She has a proven track record in content marketing, public relations, and brand strategy, successfully aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive business growth.

Debora holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communications from NYU and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism & Organizational Communications from ZHAW. Her expertise will be instrumental in accelerating aisot’s global outreach.

Debora succeeds Lukas Sieber, who will continue with aisot in a sales-focused role in the U.S. We sincerely thank Lukas for his valuable contributions to date and look forward to his efforts in expanding aisot’s presence in the American market.
